Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is Pinnacle Brokers Pty Ltd ABN 25 658 867 399 (“Pinnacle Brokers”). The program commences when published and continues until amended, suspended or withdrawn.
2. A referral must be submitted through the official Pinnacle Brokers referral form before the referred person begins an enquiry or application. The referrer may be an existing or new Pinnacle Brokers client, but the referred person must be a new Pinnacle Brokers client with no active enquiry, application or loan process.
3. The referrer must have the referred person’s consent to share their contact details and for Pinnacle Brokers to contact them about their home-loan needs. Pinnacle Brokers will provide the referred person with its privacy collection information when first contacting them. Referral details will be handled in accordance with the Pinnacle Brokers Privacy Policy and will not be used for unrelated direct marketing without appropriate consent and an opt-out facility.
4. Eligible loans include home-purchase, investment-property, construction and refinance loans. The referred client’s first eligible loan must settle for at least $500,000 within six months of the date Pinnacle Brokers receives the referral.
5. The referrer will receive one $200 cash-back payment for the referred client’s first eligible settled loan. If the same person is referred more than once, only the first valid referral received will qualify.
6. The reward will be paid to the referrer by bank transfer within seven days after settlement, provided valid bank details have been supplied. Pinnacle Brokers will request the details securely after settlement; they must not be entered into the public referral form. The referrer must provide valid bank details within 30 days of Pinnacle Brokers’ request. Pinnacle Brokers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details and may treat the reward as forfeited if valid details are not provided within that period after reasonable attempts to contact the referrer.
7. The referrer indemnifies Pinnacle Brokers from any liability arising from funds that have been incorrectly transferred into the wrong bank account, on the basis that Pinnacle Brokers have performed a verbal verification of account details with the referrer.
8. A referral does not guarantee finance approval. All applications remain subject to lender assessment, eligibility criteria and applicable lending terms.
9. Pinnacle Brokers may verify eligibility and reject referrals containing false, misleading, duplicate or fraudulent information. The reward is not transferable or exchangeable and applies only once per referred client. If you have a paid referral relationship with Pinnacle Brokers you will be exempt from this program.
10. Pinnacle Brokers may amend, suspend or withdraw the referral program, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect an eligible referral already accepted unless required by law or a regulatory authority.
