Pinnacle Brokers has moved into a bigger office at Haven, 25/16 Activa Way, Hope Island QLD 4212. The extra space gives our team more room to work and gives clients a comfortable place to sit down with us and talk through their plans.
Michael and Bella Payne founded Pinnacle Brokers in 2022, initially as a team of two. Since then, the team has grown and expanded, and it became clear more office space was needed. The move marks an exciting new chapter for the business – one Michael, Bella and the team are proud to share with the clients and local community who have helped them get here.
From two founders to a growing local mortgage broking team
Michael and Bella started Pinnacle to make arranging a home loan feel less daunting, with someone looking after you personally the whole way through. Today the team includes brokers Michael Payne and Tim Hart, three mortgage analysts and our Business Operations Manager, Amanda Golden. They help clients understand their options and keep each application moving from the first conversation to settlement. With more people now working behind every application, we needed an office to match.

About Haven on Activa Way
Haven is a new boutique complex on the corner of Activa Way and Springfield Drive. It has modern studios and landscaped shared areas for local businesses, and it’s close to Sanctuary Cove with easy access to the M1. It gives us room to grow without leaving Hope Island, where Pinnacle started.
Growing with the Gold Coast business community
We’re one of many local businesses growing here. The City of Gold Coast’s 2026 State of the City announcement reports that more than 83,000 businesses now operate across the city, and that the local economy has grown by 25% since 2020-21.
Signing on for a bigger office means we’re planning to stay in Hope Island and keep building the business here, for our team and for our clients.
Bella’s next chapter with Signature Conveyancing
Bella has stepped away from Pinnacle to focus on Signature Conveyancing Group, where she is Managing Director. We’re excited to watch her grow that business and keep helping people buy and sell property. Pinnacle wouldn’t be where it is without the work she put in from day one.
